My Recovery Toolkit (MRT) is a valuable recovery resource tailored for members of Al-Anon and Friends and Families of Problem Drinkers. This toolkit offers a Journal feature facilitating easy journaling to promote mental clarity. Users can conveniently access their journal via typing with an internet connection available on desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.

In addition to the Journal, MRT includes a Spot Check Inventory tool for swift resentment management on the go. Users can later elaborate on their entries via computer, as all data is securely synced to the cloud with bank-level security.

Life in recovery doesn't pause; instead, it progresses, demanding individuals to keep pace, even while constantly on the move. The challenge of finding time for therapeutic journaling is acknowledged within this context.

Traditional paper journaling presents privacy concerns as well. MRT addresses these issues effectively by ensuring data encryption and offering user-controlled access. It eliminates the risk of privacy breaches associated with physical journals that could be inadvertently accessed by others.
