My Recovery Toolkit (MRT) is a valuable recovery resource tailored for members of Al-Anon and Friends and Families of Problem Drinkers. This toolkit offers a Journal feature facilitating easy journaling to promote mental clarity. Users can conveniently access their journal via typing with an internet connection available on desktops, mobile devices, and tablets.

In addition to the Journal, MRT includes a Spot Check Inventory tool for swift resentment management on the go. Users can later elaborate on their entries via computer, as all data is securely synced to the cloud with bank-level security.
